I'm notoriously horrible for not updating my journal while I'm busy with life so the entries to this journal could either be frequent or very few and far between. I try to keep up but it's difficult with a crazy lifestyle like mine.
But who am I anyway? What makes me stand out from the crowd? I'd like to be a modest twentysomething and say, "Why, nothing. I'm not special. Nothing to see here folks." but I'd be lying. I'm different from other girls, let alone other people. I develop software for a living with my gorgeous fiance,![[info]](http://l-stat.livejournal.com/img/userinfo.gif)
rainox. I play video games and pen & paper RPGs with my eclectic group of gamers, the ranks of which include my quirky 19-year-old brother Steve and my ex-boyfriend and confidante guinnesstime. On some days, I'm lazy and watch TV with rainox, catching up on shows like LOST, Desperate Housewives, Smallville, House, The Dresden Files, and (soon) Heroes. I'm a DVD junkie who wishes she owned all the movies she's ever loved, which are incredibly numerous. I listen to all kinds of music, though country is not usually a popular option in my playlist.
I'm a hopeless fangirl of many things, some of which may never be mentioned on this journal, but one thing to note is that I'm in Weight Watchers and take it pretty seriously. I talk about my day-to-day life a lot, including any drama that may currently be happening or has happened in the week(s)/month(s) that has(have) passed.
Moving past the fangirl-isms, I'm pretty down-to-earth and it's allrainox's fault. I have many interests, many hobbies, and even more people in my life that I hang around with.
rainox is my fiance and the only person in the world who actually understands me.
paddybear is my gay husband and a person with whom I watch many musicals and enjoy many an evening of strawberry daiquiris and Boston Pizza appys.
mamaupnorth is my BOB, my bridesmaid (in spite of being a beautiful bride herself), and my most trusted friend.
keleos is my sister by another mister! I had to use it. At any rate, she is the closest thing I've had to an older sister... ever.
guinnesstime is the ex-boyfriend and omnipresent gaming addict in my house.
The rest of it is pretty much up to you to decide. If you are into any of interests, you're probably a pretty swell person. If you're not, I'm sure I'll love you anyway. So come in, warm yourself by my fire, and have a hot cup of mocha. :)
